These scammers may ask for sensitive information, such as your credit or debit card number, one-time passwords, or online banking login credentials.
We want to emphasize that our credit union will NEVER call you and ask for confidential information such as your account or card number, one-time passwords, PIN, or password over the phone. If you receive a call requesting this information, even if the caller ID appears to be from our institution, please hang up immediately and call us directly at the number you know to be correct, 508.754.9980.
