Tap. Pay. Done.

Digital Wallets

Add your AllCom card to your phone and pay with a tap: In stores, in apps, and online. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are all supported for AllCom credit and debit cards. Faster than fumbling for a card, and more secure than swiping one.

Tech isn’t your thing? No sweat—and no judgement. Just stop by in person and we’ll help you set up your Digital Wallet.

Safer. More private. Ultra-convenient. Your AllCom card and your phone will change the way you pay—wherever you go.

Digital Wallets work by using a virtual account number to represent your actual account information, so you can pay with your AllCom checking account or credit card using your smartphone. Contactless terminals are everywhere now: Grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, transit, gas stations, restaurants. Digital Wallets are perfect for paying at contactless terminals (you’ll see the contactless symbol or wallet logo) as well as in apps and at online checkouts that accept Apple Pay or Google Pay as a payment option.

Got 5 Minutes? Here’s How to Start:

1
Open your digital wallet app (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Pay) on your device
2
Add your AllCom credit or debit card by snapping a photo of the card or entering the number manually
3
At checkout, hold your phone near the terminal and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your PIN
Security First

Safer = No physical card to hand over (or lose track of).

When you pay with your phone, your actual AllCom card number is never used in the transaction. Instead, a virtual account number is created just for that payment. Your real card number isn’t stored on your device, isn’t held on the wallet’s servers, and is never shared with the merchant. That means if a retailer ever has a data breach, there’s nothing to steal. And because digital wallets don’t retain transaction details tied to you personally, your purchase history stays private.

Where You Can Use a Digital Wallet

Just tap to pay at any checkout terminal that accepts contactless payments—and that’s most of them.

Still have questions? We’ve got a wallet full of answers.

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay all work with AllCom credit and debit cards. Pick whichever one matches your device.
Open your wallet app, tap to add a card, and follow the prompts: Either take a photo of the card or enter the number manually. It takes about two minutes. Once it’s in, you’re ready to tap and pay anywhere contactless payments are accepted.
More secure than swiping your physical card, actually. When you pay with a digital wallet, your real card number is never shared with the merchant. Instead, a unique virtual account number is generated for each transaction. If a retailer’s systems are ever compromised, your actual card number isn’t in the data because it was never physically there.
Your account is protected. Digital wallets require biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN) to make a payment. So, someone who finds your phone can’t use it to access your funds without your authentication. If you’re concerned, you can also remotely lock or wipe your device through Apple, Google, or Samsung’s built-in tools.
It works at any terminal that accepts contactless payments. Look for the tap symbol or the wallet logo at checkout. That covers most major grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, and transit systems. It also works for in-app purchases and at online checkouts that support Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Generally, yes. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are accepted internationally wherever contactless payments are supported. Standard foreign transaction policies for your AllCom card apply.
All AllCom credit and debit cards can be added to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.

First, confirm the terminal accepts contactless payments (not all do, especially older machines). If it should work and it didn’t, make sure your card is set as the default in the wallet app, or try a different wallet if you have one set up. If the issue persists, call us at 508.754.9980 and we’ll sort it out.

Apple Pay works on iPhone 6 and later, Apple Watch Series 1 and later, iPad, and Mac with Touch ID or Face ID. Google Pay works on most Android phones running Android 5.0 or higher. Samsung Pay works on compatible Samsung Galaxy devices. If you’re not sure your device qualifies, check with your device’s support site, or stop by and we’ll help.
Of course. Stop by 36 Park Avenue in Worcester during branch hours and we’ll help you get it set up. You can also call us at 508.754.9980 if you’d rather troubleshoot over the phone.
