Grant funds are available first-come, first-served and will distributed until the grant is depleted.
The Equity Builder Program assists eligible homebuyers with up to $11,000 in down-payment and closings costs to purchase a home. The Equity Builder Program also provides homebuyer counseling and rehabilitation assistance. Eligible households must be at or below 80% of the area median income.
